Return & Exchange

At KARASHE, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase of ladies eastern wear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy (with store credit refunds) to ensure you find the perfect outfit. Please read the following guidelines carefully to understand our process and conditions.

  • Return/Exchange Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order . We are happy to accept eligible unworn items in original condition for exchange or store credit refund if the request is made within this period . (Unfortunately, requests beyond 7 days of delivery cannot be accommodated.)

  • Condition of Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in saleable, original condition – this means unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the original packaging . You will also need to provide the original invoice or order receipt as proof of purchase . We cannot accept any product that shows signs of use, damage, or missing tags/parts.

  • Size Or Fit Issues

We encourage you to consult our size chart for future orders, but we will gladly exchange for a different size if available.

  • One Exchange per Order

Each order is eligible for one exchange transaction. If you exchange an item for another and later wish to exchange the new item as well, it will be treated as a new return against store credit rather than a second exchange of the original purchase (i.e. we cannot keep exchanging the same order multiple times) . This policy helps us manage inventory and serve all customers fairly.

Certain items and situations are excluded from our general return/exchange policy:

  • Sale and Discounted Items

Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for return or exchange . All sale items are final sale, unless an item you received is defective; in that case, please contact us (see “Defective Items” below). Minor variations in print/color or slight imperfections are possible in sale stock and will not be considered faults for return purposes . (In short: regular-priced items can be returned/exchanged, but sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a major defect.)

  • Custom or Tailored Orders

Any item that has been custom stitched, altered, or tailor-made to your requirements is not returnable or exchangeable (unless it arrives with a defect in workmanship) . Similarly, unstitched fabric that has been cut or sewn after purchase will not be accepted back. Please double-check measurements and details before ordering custom pieces.

  • Accessories and Special Categories

For hygiene and practicality, certain accessories (jewelry, etc.) or one-time use items may be marked as non-returnable on the product page. Additionally, dupattas, shawls, and scarves are generally not eligible for return/exchange unless delivered defective, as these delicate items need special handling . We will clearly indicate on the product page if an item falls under this exception.

  • Gift Cards/Vouchers

Gift cards or store credit vouchers cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, and are not eligible for return once purchased.

  • Contact Customer Care

Within the 7-day window, get in touch with our customer support team to request a return or exchange. You can reach us via email at support@karashe.com or WhatsApp/phone at +923413011549. Provide your order number and the reason for return/exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Please do not send any item back without first contacting us and receiving confirmation. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

  • Fill Out Return/Exchange Form (if applicable)

We may ask you to fill a brief online form or email detailing the item you wish to return or the new size/design you want in exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, mention the desired size or item you want in place of the original.
